Gullfoss, Iceland
The Gullfoss, or golden falls is derived from the Hvítá, Árnessýsla or the White River. The Gullfoss is located in Þingvellir, Iceland's most famous national park. The enviorment is a rift valley, and it is know for its unique volcanic and tectonic mix of geography. The adverage high in the summer is 13.3 (55.9), and in the winter, it can get as low as −3.0 (26.6). Another place to go is Haukadalur, also known as "Home of Geysers."
